With a rich background in construction, design, and property investment, Nina brings a unique blend of expertise to Element Property Network. Nina has joined us in Property Management, combining her passion for real estate with extensive experience in the domestic construction industry. As the daughter of a builder and having managed a successful landscape design business for over 15 years, Nina understands property from every angle.
Her diverse experience includes roles at Metricon and Beaumont Tiles, where she honed her skills in design consultation and client relations. Nina's approach to property management is enhanced by her personal experience as a property investor and her deep understanding of the impact a property manager can make on an investor's and renter's positive experience.
Nina's commitment to exceptional customer service, combined with her practical knowledge of property, makes her an invaluable asset to both our investors and renters. Her friendly nature, efficiency, and authentic approach ensure that every client receives the premium service that Element Property Network is known for. When Nina is not at work she is enjoying life on the Bellarine Peninsula with her husband, sons and enjoying long walks with her rescue dog.
